Our goal
AccountingQnA aims to make accounting-software guidance usable by a broad range of visitors, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, high-contrast settings or other assistive technologies.
Content and structure
We use headings, landmarks, labels, descriptive link text and alternative text for meaningful images. Pages are designed to remain readable on different screen sizes and at increased zoom levels.
Keyboard and interactive controls
Navigation, FAQ controls and other interactive elements should be usable without a mouse. We avoid relying on color alone to communicate essential information.
Third-party components
Some features, including embedded live chat or external vendor pages, are provided by third parties. Their accessibility can depend on the provider. We aim to choose and configure services responsibly where we have control.
Report an accessibility problem
If you encounter a barrier, use the contact or live-chat option and describe the page, the control involved and the assistive technology or browser you are using. We can use that information to prioritize a correction.
